1. When you add to cart we ask you to provide information on your family size and ages of members so we can customize your personalization choices.

2. Once your order is processed (1-3 days) you’ll receive a full order form with art choices tailored to your family group.

3. As soon as you submit the full order form, we will prepare your portrait.

4. Before we print you will receive a proof to be sure everything is perfect.

5. Once you sign off, we send your print to production, Typical turnaround time from order date to package arrival is 3 weeks.
